Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds and no guarantee of results. An exception will be made on refunds if the physician reviewing the record does not think there is a nexus connection. In this case the physician will call you an refund all but a 200.00 dollar review of records fee. Work begins once payment and contract are submitted and takes about 3-4 weeks, but may be done sooner. Please contact for rush options.
