Payment and contract are required before the start of service.
Communication will primarily be through email after the initial consultation.
Medical records will be uploaded by you to a HIPPA compliant location and can be removed by you at any time. The delivery of a nexus or dbq will be through email or Google Drive.
Any concerns or corrections about the product can be discussed with the physician.
